Most questions are answered right here on the race website. If you can't find your answer here, feel free to call us at 303-642-7917 or email Darrin@RacingUnderground.com.

I pre-registered. Where do I pick up my race number/race packet?

  • Packet Pick-up for the Panicking Poultry will take place on race morning at the Boulder Reservoir, immediately adjacent to the start/finish line. Race day pick-up begins at 7:30am and runs to 9:20am.

What is your refund policy?

  • All entry fees are non-refundable, however you may cancel your registration until 30 days before the race and receive a 75 percent credit that you can use toward any Racing Underground event in the next 12 months.

What happens if it snows? Rains? Sleets? Hails?

  • The event will be run rain or shine. We will do our best to have the course plowed in the event of snow. No matter what the weather, dress in layers and bring plenty of warm clothes for after the race.

Can I run in YakTrax?

  • Yes, if we experience winter weather and slick conditions running in YakTrax is permitted.

Are there awards?

  • Awards will be presented to the top-3 overall male and female finishers as well as the top finisher in each age group, male and female.

Can I walk?

  • Yes! Walkers are always welcome!

Can I run with a stroller?

  • Yes. However, out of courtesy of the other runners we ask those pushing strollers start towards the back of the race and be very careful to give everyone around you plenty of room. If you hit/run someone over with a stroller you may be disqualified.

Can I bring my dog?

  • Sorry - no dogs are allowed at the Boulder Reservoir

I'm running the 5k and my child is running the 1 mile kids race. What should he do while I race?

  • This is a tough question. We don't have a specific kids waiting area. This is a great reason to try to get a friend of family member to come cheer you on and watch your little one while you race!

Why is the poultry panicking?

  • Thanksgiving is coming!

How many turkeys are harmed in the production of this event?

  • 0
